Dr. Monterrey is a highly accomplished dental professional with over 29 years of experience in the field. She earned her initial dental degree from the University of Havana in 1995, followed by advanced training at New York University, where she received her degree in 2011. To further refine her skills, she completed a rigorous year-long general practice residency at Jersey City Medical Center (2011-2012), gaining advanced expertise in comprehensive oral rehabilitation, dental emergencies, implantology, and other specialized areas.
In addition to her formal education, Dr. Monterrey's extensive experience includes roles as a dental assistant and dental hygienist prior to her studies at NYU. This diverse background equips her with a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of all facets of dental care, ensuring that she can provide the highest level of personalized treatment.

Dr. Joel Figueredo brings over 30 years of experience to his role as a dental professional. He earned his dental degree from Camagüey University of Medical Sciences in Cuba in 1992 and later completed advanced studies at New York University in 2009. Following his graduation from NYU, Dr. Figueredo dedicated three years to serving in the United States Army Dental Corps, where he was deployed to Afghanistan and achieved the rank of Captain.
Dr. Figueredo’s extensive background includes four years of experience as a dental assistant prior to his formal dental training, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on patient care. He is committed to continuously seeking out new information and advancements in the field of dentistry. Dr. Figueredo actively pursues dental workshops, seminars, and advanced programs, always striving to incorporate the latest techniques and innovations into his practice.
